SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping prices are calculated via USPS postage rates. Orders will be packaged together unless under special request. We also offer gift wrapping for an additional charge of 3$ per item.

RETURN POLICY

For shipped items, we do not allow returns on crystals, books, or unsealed items. Return shipping for sealed items is accepted, however the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item received is damaged, please contact us and provide details and pictures of the damage within 5 business days and we will assist you with the issue.
